Holidays During Term Time
At Fazakerley Primary School we follow the guidance set by Liverpool City Council regarding holidays. Education is vitally important and we encourage our parents/carers to not take holidays during term time. If for any reason you need to take your holiday during term time we ask that you complete a holiday request form and return this to school at least two weeks before your holiday.
Every Lesson Counts
As we all know the cost of a holiday can be very expensive during the school holidays, to help with this Liverpool City Council are working with holiday providers and tour operators to provide you with a discount on the cost of your holiday if you take these during school holidays.
All you need to do is print off the leaflet Every Lesson Counts, complete the section asking when you would like to take your child on holiday during the school holidays and get the form signed by the Head Teacher. Listed are tour operators and agents that will give you a discount once this form has been completed and signed by the Head Teacher.
